  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after receipt of funds in our bank account.

  • For personalized items, processing time may take up to 7 business days before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

  • A flat shipping rate of R100 applies to all orders below R999.

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders of R1000 or more.

  • Shipping times may vary based on the delivery location and courier service.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We offer shipping nationwide in South Africa.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.
